    Acne Conglobata. Appearance:lesions occur on face ,neck and back,upper arms and buttocks.usually between 16-30 years.Is specified by commedones , nodules,cysts and abcess .are sensitive to touch and need both systemic and local treatment. the cause is usually hyperandrogenic state.

    but a mycosis fongoid pilitropus/cebocytomatosis must but eliminate by the anamnesis+/-biopsy
