I think is androgenetic alopecia in a girl. It could he also poliqistic ovarian but she doesn't look like fat girl....!
Treatment bases on: Minoxidil plus finasteride or spironolactone ( i think last one very used in USA). Often antiandrogenetic hormons .... Really problem for a lot of girls.... More often that it's seems....
