Well Regarding Sezary Syndrome , one must see Sezary cells in the peripheral blood, Lymphadenopathy and general Erythema. Therefore you can't say this Sezary Syndrome according to the Pictures. You can only say it is cutaneous T cell Lymphoma or final stages of Mycosis fungoides
