It appears to be left scapular arterial branching of some sort. Not sure if it is delaterious or not.. definately not normal in nature. Due to the location, It almost appears like the heart has produced a set of arteries supplying a rich source to the left scapular area. It appears that the branching could be stemming from the heart itself, as the branching appears to be on the left side as the heart is.. The red color would indicate oxygen rich, therefore, arteries.. Veins are usually blue to purpleish suggesting oxygen depletion. ..
I have looked up Lichtenberg Figures... it seems to have the same characteristics.. I would definately need to have some test completed to determine for sure.. lightening stricks are very rare and i would want to make sure
