    Pectumm excavatum no es un diagnóstico. Creo que se trata de un Síndrome de Marfán

    pecho escavado (Pectus excavatum) más la apariencia de extremidades largas, paciente de edad joven (20-35 años) podría llegar a tener SME Marfan. Habría que evaluar las articulaciones, ver si hay luxación del cristalino y evaluar los grandes vasos tipo Aorta abdominal, fijarse que no tenga aneurismas que compliquen la vida de este paciente (mayor frecuencia Aneurisma aórtico, de hecho se mueren estos pacientes de aneurismas que rompen y tiene graves hemorragias en la cavidad abdominal)
