    It could be Turner syndrome, but this is characteristic of nothing.

    There is no webbed neck, no abnormalities of the ears or hair, no lymphedema and there aren't any facial features visible. The a priori probability of this just being a big girl is higher than the chance of it being Turner, it's just that we know there should be something wrong.
