    Well, for me this could be a image of pneumonia, but i think that probably is a pulmonar tumor

    I think this could be Pneumonia with the engagement of the right cardio-diaphragmatic angle and relative emphysema of the lungs.
    As a differential diagnosis I could suggest : Pulmonar tumor, Q fever pneumonia.
