    OK, now it's tongue cancer (probably squamous cell carcinoma).

    what is the differenece between cancer and candidiasis at look?had you an idea?bcz The two
    have white tongue.

    I've seen many cases of oral candidiasis in immunocompromised patients and none of them had a lesion like this. There's just oral thrush. Cancer fits way better ;-)
