    This picture shows localized enlargement/condition of the toes and is called: MACRODACTYLY or LOCALIZED GIGANTISM... It is seen on: [1] MACRODYSTROPHIA LIPOMATOSA - as evidenced by enlargement of the 2nd & 3rd Left toes w/c is usually diagnostic... [2] KTS [Klippel- Trenaunay -Weber Syndrome], also with localized gigantism... [3] some rare cases of Neurofibromatosis....etc..
