    Bras support the breasts, offer modesty and add shape to a woman’s form. But, it will not serve its purpose if women are to ditch wearing bras because it puts them at risk to develop breast cancer like in a research in the 70s.

    A number of studies show that wearing bras to sleep impedes the lymphatic system in the breasts, thus may potentially cause breast health problems. Apparently, most women don’t want to simply go braless.

    So here are a few suggestions for finding a healthy bra.
