    There are two types of people; those who live to eat and others who eat to live. Funny thing is that people belonging to first category do not always stay there, those who eat carelessly suffer a lot in the end. Their body absorbs the fat coming from the unhealthy meal for a particular interval but when that interval ends, the fat starts appearing on their body, this is when the people belonging to the first category enter the second category, they can no longer eat the way they used to. Fat is not good because primarily it is the main cause of many diseases like cardiac problems, high cholesterol, High blood pressure and secondarily because it’s ugly. Fat is the ugliest thing you will find on the whole universe, it completely ruins your body, you no longer look hot, you can’t wear the awesome clothes and above people no longer find you attractive

    It is important to have healthy eating habits as well being involved in the physical activities in order to remain fit as well as healthy.     This diet plan offers quick weight loss, the idea behind this diet is very simple, too much carbohydrates intake results in the fat, our body gets energy by burning both carbohydrates and fat, so by reducing the carbohydrates our body will naturally burn more fat. This diet includes meal with low carbs and high protein, such as meat, sea food, butter, etc; proper exercise is recommended. This diet plan is however not healthy as the diet is not over all balanced so try not using it for long terms, this plan is suitable for short term only but is very effective.

    9. STEP DIET:

    On contrast to the Atkins diet, step diet is a long term diet plan whose basic idea is to lose weight by cutting a portion of the meal and doing regular walk. You can eat whatever you want but your diet should include fruits, vegetables, grains and low dairy fat, All you need to do is cut down 25% of your actual meal and go for walk every day, it starts from 2,000 steps day and by the end of the diet it increases to 10,000 steps.     8. SLIM FAST DIET:

    This diet controls the portion of the meal, instead of eating 3 times this diet plan makes you eat 6 times a day, they are all small meals. Amazing things is that you need have 2 meals and a snack as per described in the slim fast diet and the rest of the meals you can have of your own choice, no need to count the calories. The slim fast diet meal includes controlled amount of carbs, fat, starch, in this diet you burn more calories than you eat by exercising 30 minutes a day. There no strict exercise plan, you only need to do some physical activates

    Mediterranean diet has its origin from the traditional dieting plans of Greece, southern Italy and Spain. It includes very high consumption of vegetables and normal amount of wine, eggs, meat products intake. The diet includes high amount of fish consumption and cereals etc.

    This diet plan is effective for heart patients; it is a two weeks quick weight loss plan in which you follow an exercise plan. You need to eat your normal food, which is three meals a day and 2 snacks; you are encouraged to eat proteins such as fish and meat. This plan includes 3 phase, the meals is enhanced in the 2nd and 3rd week.

    3. CABBAGE SOUP DIET:

    This is 7 days diet plan which helps you lose up to 10 pounds, this is a very strict eating plan which you need to follow for 7 days, and the meal mainly includes the soup with vegetables and a little amount of meat. A large amount of fruit intake is also included. during the first day, only fruits are allowed along the soup but in the next days a little portion of meat etc is included in the meal. this diet is very healthy as well as effective.

    2. THE GRAPEFRUIT DIET:

    This is 12 days diet plan, which makes you lose 10 pounds. Grapefruit has an acid which cause the quick weight loss. When the grapefruit is eaten with proteins, it triggers the burning of fat which causes the weight loss. During the diet period, you eat your usual meal but in a very small quantity.

    There is one drawback in this diet that the fat is very likely to come back when the person comes of the diet as the fat is not permanently burned in this process.

    1. DUKAN DIET:

    This is a long term weight loss plan, you are on a high protein and low carbs diet, eating is not restricted, you can eat all you want but you need to chose from a list of 72 items provided, carbs are strictly not allowed. This diet includes four phases, first one has no vegetables but in the next phase a small amount of vegetables are allowed. You can lose 10 pounds in the first week and then 2 – 4 pounds in the coming weeks. This plan also includes some exercises. This diet also does the weight loss management. this plan is considered to be one of the best diet plans up till now.
