    Vitamin C brings many benefits for our healthy so the addition of vitamin C is very important. There are top 7 foods high in vitamin C which is safer for people to take than supplements.

    Vitamin C plays an important role in maintaining the health of the body’s connective tissue and also acting as an antioxidant. Vitamin C brings many benefits for our healthy. It can boost healthy glowing skin and collagen formation. Immunity fighting common colds and flu symptoms are also promoted.
