we need more details for example : descripe this invoulantry movements, is it on one side of the body and if it is one side of the body, always right side or left side ??
past history of any surgeries or trauma ??
does she take any medications??
since when she starts this suffer ??
and so on, take full history so we can think at least about differential diagnosis

you should take full history as I told you
analysis this symptom, describe it in details "onset, duration, course what exaggerates this symptom and what reliefs it, type:tremors or what?? "
ask about other symptoms
you should ask about any medications she takes ?
her vital data: her pressure, may be she has postural hypotension? her pulse ?
do neurological examinations
may be there is an electrolyte defficency ?? vitamin deficinecy??
make sure her thyroid functions is okay ?? and so on ?
you can get all this data by taking good history so we can reach a Differential diagnosis at least ...
