    Conclusion
According to the results of a large meta-analysis, vitamin D supplements do not have a prophylactic effect on fractures and falls and do not have a clinically significant effect on bone mineral density.

Do not distinguish between low and high doses of vitamin.

Thus, vitamin D supplements do not play a big role in maintaining or improving musculoskeletal health.
