What AI tools or apps are you using in your daily clinical work?

I’m curious how widespread AI adoption really is among practicing physicians.

Some colleagues say they rely on AI tools for documentation or drafting patient notes. Others say they don’t trust any of it or haven’t found a single app that genuinely fits into real clinical practice.
