    exoftalmia probably due to Basedow disease...but the hiperemia of conjuntival tissue can be due to an retroorbital tumor that pushes on the cavernouse sinus (ex huge adenoma of hipofisa) need to observe if is a pulsatile movements of the eye balls, the examination of periferal optic camp..etc...
