    Swan neck deformity of the finger, most probably caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis.
    Other Causes : Ligament Injury, Mallet or Baseball finger, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

    Yes, Draco is right.

    A clear case of a swan neck deformity, most commonly a result of RA.
