Among physicians aged 65 and older, 64 percent said they took the Hippocratic Oath and 17 percent reported not taking an oath. 3. Thirty-nine percent of physicians under age 34 reported taking the Hippocratic Oath and 14 percent reported not taking an oath. Seventeen percent took an oath that a medical school faculty wrote. 4.
