    first impression is volvulous ( coffee-bean sign )

    it also looks like an enlarged uterus ( i hope, i'm not "cloud spotting" )....but i can't see any trace of the fetal skeleton esp. considering the size to which the the uterus ( if it indeed is an uterus ) is enlarged :confused:
