    What is the most possible medical diagnosis ?

    Multiple dilated bowel loops are seen

    Differentials
    - Necrotising enterocolitis
    - Intestinal obstruction ( jejunal atresia, ileal atresia )
    - midgut volvulus
    - Intusussception
    - Meconium ileus


    My initial impression was - oesophageal atresia with TE fistula, becos the ryles tube seems to be stuck in the upper thorax.

    egg shaped heart = transposition of the great vessels

    I agree with Chriss, this indeed looks like 'Transposition of Great Arteries' although i don't quite agree with egg on a string appearance...the egg part is evident ( due to increased convexity of the right atrial border ), but i can't see the string.
