“New Korba Hospital” was started opened on 1st January 2014 with the aim of providing best Multi Specialty Tertiary health care services to the residents of Korba City. “New Korba Hospital” is the Dream Project of Dr. S. Chandani, M.S. (Ortho), Director, New Korba Hospital. For Dr. S. Chandani, it took 10 years to take initiation to construct Multi Specialty Hospital in Korba City. Before this there is no tertiary care hospital available in Korba city. Residents of Korba city are forced to go to other places like Bilaspur and Raipur for tertiary care treatment. This prevailing condition of Korba city led Dr. S. Chandani, M.S.(Ortho), to decided to construct Multi Specialty tertiary care hospital to provide best health care services to the residents of Korba city.
