    I like it when it comes to communication skills. Just thinking of a phenomenon where a doc can't instill confidence into a patient and they are like "this wound you have will kill you". So, when the patient hears these words, they die because death has been instilled into them instead of life and confidence.

    when I was sick I went to the doctor and how they communicate with patients is one of the things I most concern as a patient.
    how they explain your condition, empathy, and anything that can build trust between the patient-doctor.
