    A 45 years old woman has pain inher fingers on exposure to cold , arthralgias and difficulty of swallowing solid food.
    What is the best diagnostic test?
    1-Rheumatoid factor
    2- Antinuclear antibody
    3- ECG
    4- BUN and creatinine

    The most likely diagnosis is Sclerodermia- so the answer should be 2- Antinuclear antibody
