Never denied the fact that Wikipedia is informative. But seriously, you had to copy paste? Meaning either you weren't aware of Marasmus in the first place, hence you went for Wikipedia...or you knew about it but you just couldn't type in an explanation in your own words,so you had to get help off Wikipedia?
While it is true that I have never seen a case of Marsmus neither Kwashiorkor , I have managed cases of svere cashexia due to depressions or anorexia nervosa which I attend to and treat. My use of this site is multipurpose , partly to remind me of general clinical cases , partly to remember what I learned previuosly and partly to learn more about unsual clinical cases and widen my horizon and breadth of knowledge.....and here comes why I add from wikipedia to reinforce my learning process! I suggest that you do the same and help spread the details from whatever source you judge as relevant!
