Tendon rupture of Musculus bizeps brachii
if its rupture of biceps tendon how can this person flexes his arm?
Because arm flexion is also done by Musculus brachialis.
In addition to this you should consider, that Musculus biceps brachii has two parts, Caput longum and caput breve. If tendon of Caput breve is ruptured, than tendon of Caput longum is intact and the patient can flex his arm with Caput longum and vice versa.
