    Pharyngeal pouch (zenker's diverticulum). Complications include aspiration from the pouch which can lead to pneumonia, and a debated increased risk of developing a carcinoma within the pouch. Presenting syptoms include: dysphagia, regurgitation, aspiration, chronic cough and weight loss.
