    I am a paramedic in Scotland and had a 45 yof with a huge brain stem cva just two days ago, her pre cva symptoms were visual disturbances and labyrinthitis type episodes culminating in sudden blindness seizure and decerebrate rigidity and what looked like locked in syndrome transferred to specialist neuro unit for brain angio unsure of outcome neuro say 5% chance of survival.Our local ed consultant was very good at explaining patho and drew (on his hand) that pic lol but your explanation explained it even further thank you so much Pete
