    It important that you must different tricuspid regurgitation to mitral regurtitation... those has similar cardiac sound

    Ofcourse gomuzzz, but tricuspid regurgitation is a rare case except with pulmonary hypertension (ph), but in ph we often find a louder p2, maybe we must know the common case such as, mitral stenosis,regurgitation,aortic stenosis or regurgitation murmur
