I would perform an echo. Usually there are ECG changes in HCM and WPW but a normal ECG doesn't rule out pathology completely and a 2D echo would be able to give a definitive diagnosis.

Yes, preferably stress thallium evaluation.
this is myocardial infarction and therefore further evaluation is needed
..next step is a stress test
