Single chamber bipolar pacemaker with tip in right ventricle. Probably has mutiple functions as evidenced by all the wires near the generator. Pt has enlarged RA. Had a previous sternotomy. No metalic valve visible but doesnt exclude valve surgery. Could also have had revasculurization surgery. The pacemaker is either newly inserted with some bleeding around insertion site or the generator had eroded through the skin.
