    Double density on the right side of the heart is seen. This should be an enlarged left atrium .
    radiograph shows also tortiosity or aneurism of the descending thoracic aorta

    double shadowing in RA..
    looks like RA enlarged ,may also enlarge RV and LA..
    definately cardiomegaly,could be MS too

    thoracic aortic aneurysm
    right atrial enlargement
    prob some other sht too
    need a lateral
