gallstones in aberrant (ectopic) gallbladder Aberrant gallbladder situated beneath the left lobe of liver
multiple gall stone
Answer : A case of Iron Overdose.
Since Iron tablets are Radiopaque, an Abdominal X-Ray is usually recommended to confirm the diagnosis.
