    let me guess...

    i see humongous calcification, but how da fuq did all that Calcium land there


    may be this guy was inspired by Gregg Valentino and that could have led to an abscess / hematoma, which later ossified and all the fuq is happening inside the muscle

    so putting it together --> muscle + inflammation + ossification = myositis ossificans

    there cud be another etiology - may b he is a natural body builder like me and doesn't use st.... ( becos he cares 4 his b**ls ), in which case it cud be some contusion which led to hematoma and eventual calcification and to make matters worse he must have massaged the contusion really well ( rather than using an ice bag )
