What's your diagnosis of this case?
A kind of congenital heart defect in which the opening of the tricuspid valve is displaced towards the apex of right ventricle
Answer : Ebstein Anomaly. It's a congenital malformation of the heart that is characterized by apical displacement of the tricuspid valve leaflets, leading to atrialization of the right ventricle.
