    Measles
    other viral exanthems
    drug erruptions
    rocky mountain spotted fever
    generalised psoriasis ( very weakly...since this kind of eruption is generally pustular in psoriasis )

    since all the lesions seem to be in the same stage and this kind of morbilliform rash not being characteristic of chickenpox...i will keep that out of the differentials
