What is your DD for this case ?
may be chickenpox (in adult)
other viral exanthems
rocky mountain spotted fever
generalised psoriasis ( very weakly...since this kind of eruption is generally pustular in psoriasis )
since all the lesions seem to be in the same stage and this kind of morbilliform rash not being characteristic of chickenpox...i will keep that out of the differentials
Psoriasis or neurofibromatosis.
