    Correct answer:

    Urticaria pigmentosa.

    The most common form of mastocytosis. In this condition, there’s a great amount of mast cells present in the skin, so when the skin is stressed (e.g. due to heat or friction) there’s also a lot of histamine released. This presents with a severe allergic reaction, like in this case.
