    venous lake, also known as phlebectases, solitary, soft, compressible & dark blue papule, commonly found on sun exposed surfaces of the vermilion border of the lip, ear & face.

    Correct answer:

    Venous lake.

    This is a dilated blood-filled vessel with unknown cause. It may be associated with sun exposure, as it only appaers on skin that's frequently sun exposed, mainly the lips, ears and face. It's more often seen in the elderly.
