What do you call this type of fracture and what's most likely to have caused it?

I'll post the correct answer in a few days!

    Correct answer:

Chauffeur's fracture, also known as backfire fracture.

In the old days, when cars needed to be cranked up with a big handle at the front of the car, the handle sometimes backfired, causing compression of the os scaphoideum against the processus styloideus of the distal radius, resulting in this fracture. Nowadays, it's most often caused by falling onto an outstretched hand.
