    To be honest, based on this picture alone it doesn't have to be KS at all. It could just as easily be vasculitis or an infection (other than HHV-8). It's just that this type of skin lesion fits Kaposi's sarcoma well.

    So these guys were right, it's Kaposi's sarcoma.
