kaposi sarcoma agree
can any one can give explanation why it is kaposi sarcoma????
To be honest, based on this picture alone it doesn't have to be KS at all. It could just as easily be vasculitis or an infection (other than HHV-8). It's just that this type of skin lesion fits Kaposi's sarcoma well.
So these guys were right, it's Kaposi's sarcoma.
