    Correct answer.

    Yes, it’s Klippel-Feil syndrome.

    It’s a rare disease, in which there’s a congenital fusion of any of the 2nd to the 7th cervical vertebrae. Other abnormalities like scoliosis, spina bifida and a cleft palate may also be present.
