    Correct answer:

    Yellow nail syndrome.

    It's a very rare medical syndrome that includes pleural effusions, lymphoedema (due to lymphatic hypoplasia) and yellow dystrophic nails. Approximately 40% will also have bronchiectasis. It is also associated with chronic sinusitis and persistent coughing.
