    he is having triangular shape face with wide forehead, pointed chin.thin wide mouth also there.

    Yes, it's Silver-Russell syndrome.

    A relatively rare genetic condition, in which the patient is short and a number of characteristic facial features are visible; e.g. a triangular shaped face, a small jaw, a pointy chin and low-set ears.
