    looks like tumoral formation of right parotidian salivary gland that could be anything between a limfoma with this kind of localization to abcess and important lateral compression of hipofaringian lateral wall that narrows the prelarinx and indicades the necesity of the temporar tracheostomy especially if the base of the tongue is involved in limfoma..

    Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

    The classic jaw lymphadenopathy is obvious in this case.
