    Correct answer:

    Neurogenic bladder, due to a lower motor neuron disease.

    A neurogenic bladder is large and hypotone when caused by a LMN disease, and small and spastic when it's a result of an UMN disease. The patient needs to be catheterized immediately, also to prevent infection.
