I think it's osteoarthritis (tibial spiking).
avulsed chip fracture medial femoral epicondyle likely dt playing football as this is a young pt unlikely to have OA wink)
osteoarthritis + calcification (it doesn't seem an avulsion), probably of the medial collateral ligament.
