    Correct answer:

    This time it is spina bifida occulta.

    I thought it would be nice to post this after you mistook my dermal sinus tract-case for spina bifida occulta.

    Basically, it's the same as a 'regular' spina bifida, only with skin covering it. All complications, like neurological deficits below the defect, can also be present in this condition.

    Modalities like CT scan or MRI will show us clearly this case is meningocele/ myelomeningocele or not.
