    Correct answer:

    Edwards syndrome.

    Also known as T18 or trisomy 18. Possible findings include a short sternum, overlapping fingers, rocker-bottom feet (congenital vertical talus), small mouth and chin, and cardiac and renal malformations. Because of all this, affected children have a very small chance of survival (the majority of fetuses with the syndrome die before birth).
