    Seems to have localized brownish gray papules & plaques ........ w/c may either be any of the
    KERATODERMAS & Verrucouses..........

    I'd settle for VERRUCOUS EPIDERMAL NEVUS, 'UNIUS LATERALIS'........ since it is unilateral....
