i think alopecia!!!
Probably Tinea Capitis (Ringworm) alopecia: Wood's lamp exam will show green-yellow fluorescence.
Syphilis alopecia usually covers larger areas and spread to the beard/eye brow. Blood test is mandatory.
Answer : Alopecia "ringworm"
